PDF Page Rotator: how to use it
Fix sideways or upside-down PDF pages by rotating all pages or only selected ones, 90, 180 or 270 degrees, directly in your browser.
Scanners and phone scanning apps often save a page sideways, and a single upside-down page in a long PDF is irritating for everyone who has to read it. The PDF Page Rotator turns pages in 90-degree steps and saves a corrected copy.
You can rotate the whole document at once or just the pages that are wrong.
How to use the PDF Page Rotator
- Select your PDF.
- Choose the Rotation: 90 degrees clockwise, 180 degrees, or 270 degrees clockwise (which is the same as 90 degrees anticlockwise).
- In Pages (blank = all), leave the box empty to rotate every page, or enter pages such as 2 or 1-3,6.
- Press Process PDF.
- Press Download result and open the file to confirm the pages now read correctly.
Tips for better results
- A page that lies on its right side needs 90 degrees clockwise; one that lies on its left side needs 270 degrees clockwise.
- Rotation is added to whatever rotation the page already has, so you can fix a mistake by running the tool again.
- Use the page range for mixed documents, for example landscape pages inside a portrait file.
- Rotate before merging or numbering so those tools place content correctly.
What rotation really does
The tool sets a rotation flag on each chosen page rather than redrawing it. That means no quality is lost, text stays searchable and the file size barely changes.
